Document No.802 of 1998 at the Sub Registrar Office, Kammapuram, from the one Veerappan Chettiar and his son Murugan, bounded on the North of the lands belonging to Rajendran, on the East of Thar Road (Cart Track), on the south of the lands belonging to Venkatesan and Theerthamalai and on the West of sub divided Punja lands comprised in Survey No.518/5.6 and lands belonging to Palanivel, situated in Ammeri Mathura, Melakuppam Village, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's E-Challan dated 02.03.2023 to survey the petitioner's lands.
2. Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that already notice was issued to the petitioner and also to the other respondents herein and the survey is being conducted today.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 5 to 7, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.
4. As stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader since already notice was issued to the parties and survey is being conducted today in the petitioner's land, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
