..Contemnor(s) Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue a notice of Contempt to the respondents and punish the contemnors for committing contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P. Nos.40023 and 39740 of 2025 in W.P.Nos.35771 and 35511 of 2025 dated 21.11.2025.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.35771 & 35511 of 2025, thereby ordered that any appointment to be made to the post of Registrar, shall be subject to the result of the Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite the order passed by this Court, now one person has been appointed as Registrar.

On perusal of the order passed by this Court, it is revealed that this Court ordered that if any appointment is made to the post of Registrar, it shall be subject to the result of the Writ Petitions. Therefore, appointing a Registrar would not amount to any contempt of Court. 4.
