2. Offences alleged are under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Alleging that the respondent police tried to foist a case as against the petitioner, who is innocent and arrest him and harass him, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that insofar as petitioner is concerned, there is no case pending with the respondent police.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the very offence, respondent police came to petitioner's house and started harassing him.
