ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to process the challan number 20230106003227 dated 06.01.2023 and to do the survey and to fix the boundaries in respect of petitioner property in Survey No.43/3D, situated at Amani Kondalampatti Village, Salem South Taluk,Salem District pursuant to petitioner representation dated 11.01.2023.
2. The petitioner had given an application on 06.01.2023 and 11.01.2023 and paid the necessary fee to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.R.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent Tahsildar would consider the application submitted by the petitioner and do the needful by completing the survey within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. 6Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the third respondent Tahsildar to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
