This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18588 of in Crl.O.P.No.18421 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that petitioner had complied the condition only till 20.11.2023.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, where final report had been filed, every Monday until further orders, apart from the Court hearing dates.
