JUDGMENT

The appeal was filed on 02 December 2013. This Court passed an order, ordering notice to the respondent on 10.12.2013 and an interim stay was also granted.

2. Inspite of the order of this Court, the appellant has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondent. The case records revealed that notice has not been served to the respondent and the appellant also has not taken any effective steps.

3. This being the factum, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal and, accordingly C.M.S.A.No. 56 of 2013 stands dismissed. No costs. Connected M.P.No. 1 of 2013 is closed.
