ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.352 of 2019 registered by the respondent police. 1/4
2.One Santhosh Kumar who was also arrayed as an accused in this case approached this Court and filed Crl.O.P.No.2614 of 2024 seeking to quash the FIR and the same was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 09.02.2024 and a direction was given to the respondent police to file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four weeks. The same order will equally apply to the petitioner also. 3.Hence, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and it is made clear that the final report shall be filed by the respondent police and if ultimately, the final report is acted upon and summons is served to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
