ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the petition in F.C.O.P.No.5522 of 2022 on the file of the Principal II Family Court, Chennai and transfer to the Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that the main O.P itself was dismissed as withdrawn by the respondent/husband and therefore, nothing survives in this case.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
