Heard Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. This Contempt Petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the Order of this Court has not been complied. This Court while passing the Order in the Writ Petition has directed the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents and on such representation being given, the same shall be considered and Orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within one month. Now it appears that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same has been rejected.

3. In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to challenge the said Order in accordance with law. 13.03.2024 vrc 3/4
