This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15902 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26563 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15902 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26563 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
