This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.256 of 2023 on 06.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of another three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
