ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Se.Mu.No. 1992/2013 dated 22.4.2013 1/3

and quash the same and direct the first respondent to retain the Petitioner as Air Compressor Driver in Coimbatore Division.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
