Prayer in W.P.No.23150 of 2011: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.4,10,90,669/- returned by the petitioners under threat of coercive action along with interest.
