The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the Executor of the Power of Attorney holder Mr.Govindarajan has passed away. Thus, the Power of Attorney given cannot be acted upon and therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cause aroused for filing of the writ petition became vanished.

This apart, Ms.K.Chitra Devi, Assistant Commissioner, Executive Office Commissioner (Additional Charge) Vadapalani Andavan Temple, appearing on behalf of the second respondent temple, informed this Court, that the property in question in the present writ petition is in possession of the temple authorities. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the other grounds raised in this writ petition.
