O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Docket order, dated 23.01.2024 passed in unnumbered E.A.No.of 2024 in E.P.No.142 of 2017 made in R.C.O.P.No.168 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the caveator filed the proceedings of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore and submitted that in this case, possession is delivered and the delivery has been recorded on 12.02.2024 and Execution Proceedings have been terminated and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. On verification of the Court Diary, it is seen that after delivery of possession, the delivery has been recorded and the Execution Proceedings have been terminated.

4. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
