This petition is filed to condone the delay of 284 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.M.Padmavathy, the Petitioner-in-Person, Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, learned Government Advocate for respondents and 4, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent 2.

Despite notice having been served upon respondent 3 and the name and address having been shown in the cause-list, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 284 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 284 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
