PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to add two marks to the petitioner for recruitment of Sub-Inspector of Police ( Men - Open Quota) 2006 and further direct the respondents to call the petitioner for Viva/ interview and select and appoint the petitioner as subInspector of Police under 80% open candidates quota and grant consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to add two marks to the petitioner for recruitment of Sub-Inspector of Police ( Men - Open Quota) 2006 and further direct the respondents to call the petitioner for Viva/ interview and select and appoint the petitioner as sub-Inspector of Police under 80% open candidates quota and grant consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. This petition is filed relying on the judgement of this Court in W.P.No.4435 & 4436 of 2010 dated 03.03.2010, in which, direction were issued by the learned Single Judge to add marks for three questions by reevaluating the answer sheets of unsuccessful candidates.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that, against the said order, writ appeals have been preferred by the Government, in which the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had set aside the above order.
