When the matters are taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions has become infructuous and had also Page No: 2/6
made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundles. 2.Recording the said submission, no further orders is required to be made in these Writ Petitions and hence, the same are dismissed as infructuous.
