When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the proceedings against the Petitioner herein has already been dropped vide G.O.Ms.No.210, dated 09.10.2009.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submitted that, in view of the said Government Order, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter.
