Learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of this writ petition, the issues between the parties had been settled. In this regard, a Settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 was entered into between the Management and the workman. 2.In view of the Settlement, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
