O R D E R

This application has been filed to vacate an interim order dated 09.09.2022 in O.A. No. 267 of 2022.

2. By the said order dated 09.09.2022, this Court had directed that there should not be any alienation since the Will which is projected had not yet been probated or given a stamp of approval. It had been further observed that the possession of the plaintiff in the third floor would be protected till the disposal of the suit.

3. The issues are still fluid. Let the Testamentary and Original Suit in T.O.S. No. 20 of 2024 be decided.

4. In view of that particular fact, the order dated 09.09.2022 is maintained till the disposal of the suit. This application is superfluous and stands closed.
