(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent Commission to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner filed a complaint before the Human Rights Commission, the 1st respondent herein, on 28.08.2021 and that the application is pending, despite the enquiry by DIG, Salem, as directed by the State Commission, had been completed. 3.It appears that the complaint itself was taken cognizance in the year 2022. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any time limit. Having regard to the specific grievance expressed before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a request to the 1st respondent Commission to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.08.2021, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, following the order of seniority. No costs.
