Heard Mr. M.Marimuthu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mrs. Geetha Thamaraiselvam, Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Third Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to dispose the Reference dated 20.06.2022 under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, within the time stipulated by the Court. 4.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions states that a final order has been passed on 22.02.2024 and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioners also acknowledged its receipt.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioners still have any grievance 2/4

to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
