Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SUNDAR RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to stay the operation of the order dated 26.11.2019 passed by the Subordinate Court Tiruvallur in I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in O.S.No. 111 of 2011 pending disposal of the above CRP.

3. Not being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is not inclined to grant the interim stay.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
