This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the criminal revision as against Judgment dated 15.07.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1649 of 2023 on the file of 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 79 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
