2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had expired and he is unable to contact the legal representatives of the petitioner. Since the Writ Petition is pending from the year 2005 onwards, it would not be appropriate for this Court to keep it pending any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as abated. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to file an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate application to revive the Writ Petition and such application shall be made, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no orders as to costs.
