Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the G.O (D) No. 467 housing and Urban Development (LA4(1)) Department dated 13.10.2010 dismissing the petitioners appeal and directing the 2nd respondent to evict the petitioner from rental House No.2 Play Ground Area C.I.T. Nagar, Chennai 35, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the allotment of the rental House No.2 Play Ground Area C.I.T Nagar, Chennai 35 where the petitioner is living in her favour.

ORDER

The writ petitioner has challenged the Government Order in G.O. (D).No.467, Housing and Urban Development (LA4(1)) Department dated 13.10.2010, whereby, she has been directed to evict the rental house No.2, Play Ground Area, CIT Nagar, Chennai-35.

2. When the matter came up for hearing before this court today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Housing Board, on instructions, submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner has vacated the rental premises and handed over the same on 09.07.2019. A copy of the letter addressed to the Executive Engineer/Managing Director, CIT Nagar Redevelopment Sector, Nandanam, Chennai-35, in this regard has also been produced before this court. The same is placed on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Board, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
