The learned counsel appearing for petitioners pointed out that, due to inadvertence, two errors have occurred in the order passed in the above Writ Petition, dated 16.06.2016, more specifically, in the portion just below the prayer portion, which records the appearance of the counsels. Firstly, it is pointed out that though Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, is the learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of petitioners, and the original order also reflects his name as counsel for petitioners, in the certified order copy issued by the Registry, the name of Mr.A.Vijayakumar, has been mentioned as counsel for petitioners. Second error is that, the respondents were not represented by Mr.V.Jaya Prakash Narayanan, Special Government Pleader, as mentioned in the original order, but, by the learned counsel, Mr.A.Vijayakumar, whose name has been mistakenly shown as learned counsel for petitioners in the certified order copy, as stated above. Therefore,

he prayed that the said errors two may be rectified and amended order copy may be issued.

Heard Mr.A.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for respondents, and this Court also noted the abovesaid defects pointed out by the learned counsel for petitioners in the original order as well as certified order copy issued by the Registry, which is circulated by the counsel for petitioners for reference. In view of the same, Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.V.Jaya Prakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents, and substitute the name of Mr.A.Vijaykumar, as counsel for respondents and in the fresh order copy to be issued, mention the name of Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, as counsel for petitioners. To be specific, the portion denoting the appearance of the counsels should be mentioned in the following manner:- "For Petitioners : Mr.S.Sathia Chandran For Respondents : Mr.A.Vijayakumar"
