This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 25.01.2022 vide Na.Ka.No.147/2022/A2 and quash the same.
2. The case of the writ petitioner is that his son is studying II standard in VAV School, Udumalpet and his wife is working as an Assistant Professor in Vidyasagar College of Arts and Science. The petitioner is working as supervisor in Tasmac Shop No.2004 and he is only getting Rs.11,400/- as monthly salary. Suddenly, he was transferred from the present station to Tasmac Shop No.1920, which is 105 kms away from his house and his transfer is due to political reason and not on the ground of administrative reasons.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent denied the allegation made by the petitioner that due to political reason, the aforesaid transfer order has been passed.
4. The petitioner has been working in the present shop from the year 2016 and suddenly, the said impugned order has been passed transferring him to shop No.1920, which is more than 100 kms away from his house. During the middle of the year, shifting of the residence by the petitioner is more difficult and hence, he seeks to set aside the transfer order passed by the respondent. According to the submission made on either side, so far the petitioner has not been relieved from the present place. Admittedly, pursuant to the order passed by the respondent, one Murugan has joined in the station, in which the petitioner has been working.
5. Considering the difficulty faced by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to make his representation to the respondent within two days from today and if any such representation being received, the respondent would consider the same and as far as possible, the respondent will consider to accommodate him in the nearby vacant place from the present station. The said process of considering the application shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
