The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the set aside the abatement petitioner caused due to the death of the sole appellant R.Palanisamy in the above A.S.No.222 of 2017.

2. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the delay of 2 days is condoned.
