Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPANUDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURYA PRAKASH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.463 of 2020, on 04.12.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, from the respondent-Police would submit that, so far, no charge sheet has been filed.
