O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent made a submission that the writ petitioner had already submitted the documents before the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner(Compliance), Employees Provident Fund Organization, Chennai and on receipt of the documents from the writ petitioner, the competent authority issued orders, defreezing the Bank accounts with effect from 01.06.2018 onwards, the intimation was given to the 2nd respondent Bank also.

2.However, it is made clear that the writ petitioner should cooperate for the early completion of the enquiry in all respects and the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
