This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17834 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28621 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, that the petitioners shall stay at Kallakurichi and report before the Station House Officer, Kallakurichi Town Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17834 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28621 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
