ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition stands redressed in view of the issuance of Government Order vide GO Ms.262, dated 13.09.2024.

2. Learned Govt. Advocate further submits that the 2 nd respondent had considered the case of the petitioners in terms of G.O(Ms) No.262, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 13.09.2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the aforesaid statement made by the learned Govt. Advocate, under written instructions dated 24.09.2025 of the signature of 2 nd respondent be taken on

record for disposing of the writ petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the 2 nd respondent by written instructions addressed to the Govt. Pleader vide letter dated 25.09.2025, having categorically stated that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed in terms of G.O(Ms) No.262, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 13.09.2024, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
