2. It is seen that the sole petitioner G.Subburaj had earlier died and his legal heirs were directed to be substituted by an order dated 28.11.2013, passed in W.M.P.No.191 of 2013. In view of the same, the legal heirs of G.Subburaj are hereby ordered to be substituted in the place of G.Subburaj in the earlier order of this Court dated 06.03.2019, passed in W.P.No.2293 of 2005.
