[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Captioned main 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} has been filed with an alternate accommodation plea.

2. When the captioned WP was listed before this Court on 03.02.2025, the following order was made :
'W.P.No.3508 of 2025 and W.M.P.Nos.3885 & 3888 of 2025 M.SUNDAR, J., and K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI , J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR. J.,] Captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} is predicated on a representation dated 24.01.2025 wherein and whereby, writ petitioners have sought for alternate accommodation.
2. Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for writ petitioners very fairly submits that writ petitioners were encroachers qua public land but there are certain schemes, in which writ petitioners are entitled for alternate accommodation.
3. Issue notice.
4. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and R2. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R3 and R4.
5. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for Chennai Corporation submits, on instructions that alternate accommodation has already been provided to writ petitioners but requests for a short accommodation to file the same in the form of report before this Court. Request acceded to. Page Nos.3/13
List under the cause list caption 'ADJOURNED ADMISSION / FOR REPORT' in the Admission Board i.e., Motion List day-after-tomorrow.

3. Aforementioned order shall now be read as an integral part and parcel of this order.
4. Today, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for R1 and R2 and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for R3 and R4 are before us.
5. Learned counsel for R1 and R2 has placed before us a status report dated 04.02.2025 enclosing three separate proceedings vide which alternate accommodation has been provided for three writ petitioners. Scanned reproduction of three proceedings are as follows: Page Nos.4/13

6. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has been favoured with copies of status report and aforesaid three proceedings.
7. The narrative thus far makes it clear that alternate accommodation has been provided to each of three writ petitioners and therefore, a closure can be given to captioned main WP. We do so. Captioned WP disposed of as closed recording the stated position of parties. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
