ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 19.04.2016 and investigate the matter against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.04.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with the opposite party, in which, some dispute has arisen. Subsequently, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 19.04.2016 stating that the opposite party abused the petitioner. In the case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
