The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner had expired and no application has been filed seeking for substitution of the legal heirs.

2. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, if the legal heirs of the petitioner are later of the view that the cause of action still subsists, liberty to granted to them to file an application seeking to review the order of dismissal. No costs.
