ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.185 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) of IPC, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the case registered in Cr.No.185 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) of IPC on 07.06.2019 by the respondent police is closed as mistake of fact and the closure report also sent to the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the complainant. He would submit that RCS notice also served to the complainant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned

Judicial Magistrate for appropriate remedy.
