ORDER

This petition has been filed for directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 within in stipulated period.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is seeking an examination by appropriate medical practitioner and provide a certificate confirming that he does not have any psychological incapacity or intellectual's disability, for which, he made a representation dated 09.12.2025 to the respondents which was pending for consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel either side and perused the records. 4.

Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
