(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Anand Gopalan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming permanent status and that the petitioner would approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

3. The petitioner may approach the authority concerned for confirmation of the permanent status, as may be permissible under law.
