Petition for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32553 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The present petition has been filed for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on all the working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
