] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 301 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order made in S.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai by a Judgment dated 23.01.2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
