Order WMP. No.9698 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.
2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3.The petitioners had submitted their representation dated 19.09.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the first respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the second respondent as well as any other party whom the first
respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the second respondent and also to any other party, whom the first respondent deems it fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the first respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No Costs.
