This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29321 of 2022 on 14.12.2022 to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
