ORDER

Though the present writ petition is filed challenging the distraint order dated 27.12.2017 issued by the 1st respondent, which was passed based on the ex-parte award passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry, dated 07.08.2013, however, subsequently, the said ex-parte award has been set aside by the Tribunal. Hence, the subsequent distriant order, which is under challenge in this writ petition does not subsists.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no further Page No.2 of 4

adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
