ORDER

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to trial Court to dispose of the petition filed by the respondent / fourth defendant seeking rejection of the plaint in I.A.No.7 of 2024.

2.The petitioner herein filed suit for partition against the respondents. The fourth defendant in the suit filed an application seeking rejection and the same has not been disposed of till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3.A perusal of e - Court status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate the arguments of the respondent's in I.A.No.7 of 2024 / revision petitioner has been heard by the trial Court on 15.10.2025 and thereafter, I.A. has been adjourned from time to time for reply of arguments by the respondents herein.

4.Taking into consideration the petition for rejection is filed in the year 2024 and the arguments of respondent in I.A. was heard as early as on 15.10.2025, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.7 of 2024 in O.S.No.523 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
