ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take departmental action as against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent in Crime No.970 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341 and 323 of IPC. Pending trial, the petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3804 of 2022 to quash the C.C.No.186 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram. The petitioner has now submitted a representation seeking appropriate action as against the fourth respondent, alleging that a false case has been foisted as

against the petitioner and that false allegations have been made by the fourth respondent.

4. A perusal of the order passed by this Court reveals that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the fourth respondent while laying the road. Further, the petitioner used abusive and filthy language. Though this Court quashed the C.C.No.186 of 2020, it did not provide any actions to be initiated as against the fourth respondent.

5. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
