A.No.1042 of 2023 in C.S.No.232 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By this application, the plaintiff seeks an amendment to the suit schedule.

2. The preliminary decree was passed in this matter on 25.01.2023. The applicant/plaintiff states that the discrepancy in the schedule to the plaint was noticed when parties met for purposes of reaching an agreement on the modalities of the final decree.

3. On instructions, learned counsel for the defendant states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of these applications and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this Application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 10.03.2023.
