O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without delving into the merits of the case, the first respondent is hereby directed to engage concerned Officer to conduct an enquiry into the complaint lodged by the petitioner after the issuance of notices to the counter parties. The enquiry shall be completed and the matter shall be

disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of engagement of the concerned Officer, in accordance with the provisions of the Vigilance Manual.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
